I bought a branded item from Ambela, and overall it looked legit. The tags and packaging seemed to match, but there were a couple of small details that felt a bit off, so I’m not 100% sure. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I’d just like to see clearer proof of authenticity next time before feeling totally confident.

I mainly remember ordering it because the photos on ambela.com made it look really nice, like better quality than it turned out to be. When it arrived, the color just wasn’t the same, and the material looked cheaper in person.
Maybe I’m forgetting some small details from the listing, or maybe it was just the lighting in the pictures, but the size and shape felt different too. Overall it felt misleading, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Took a While, But It Got Fixed"
It took longer than I expected to get the issue fixed, and it felt like I had to do extra follow-ups just to keep things moving. In the end, it did get resolved, but the process could’ve been smoother.

"Ambela refund took way too long"
I asked ambela for a refund and it felt like I was waiting forever. Support kept telling me it would be sorted soon, but days went by and nothing really changed. It was frustrating. A friend had actually recommended them to me, so I was expecting a smoother experience, but after this I’m not sure I’d order again if refunds take this long.

I used ambela.com and yeah, it was okay overall. The site was easy to get around, and I did find what I was looking for without getting too frustrated. It felt a little slow in places though, and I kept going back to double-check some details before placing the order. Not a huge deal, just one of those things. Anyway, it worked fine, but I wouldn’t say it really stood out. I might use it again if I need something from there, but it was more of an average experience for me

"I still think the prices feel a bit unfair"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but I found the same items for less somewhere else, so it’s hard not to feel like they’re charging more than they should. Maybe there’s a reason for it, but as a customer, it just didn’t really make sense to me.

"Decent site , but a little clunky"
Ambela.com was okay to use overall . I was able to find most of what I needed , but it took some clicking around . A few pages loaded kind of slowly for me , and the layout was not always that clear . I ended up going back a couple of times just to figure out where I was . It works fine , but it could definitely feel smoother with cleaner navigation

"Clear order confirmation, better than some others I’ve used"
I ordered from ambela.com and got the confirmation email quickly. Compared to a few other sites I’ve shopped on, this one was easier to follow because it clearly showed my order number, the items I bought, and the payment info. I didn’t feel like I had to dig around or guess what was happening with my order. The only thing I would’ve liked is more exact delivery details, but overall it was a good experience...

"Shipping fees showed up at the end"
I was just trying to place a quick order during my lunch break, which already took longer than I expected because I kept getting distracted by emails, and everything looked fine until checkout. Then the shipping fees suddenly appeared, and they were higher than I expected. I wish they had shown that cost earlier instead of making it feel hidden until the last step.

"Disappointed With the Packaging"
I ordered from ambela the packaging really let me down. The box was thin and arrived half crushed, and there was hardly any protection inside. It felt like the item had just been rattling around the whole way. For the price I paid, I expected it to be packed with a bit more care. Overall, it just left me feeling disappointed and not very confident about ordering again.

I did get replies, but in my experience they were sometimes a bit slow and not always very clear. I had to ask twice just to get some simple details, which was a little frustrating for me

Umm, returning my order wasn’t as easy as I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, responses took a while, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out the next step. It ended up feeling like more trouble than it was worth.

I’ve been trying to exchange for a different size, and it’s been way more frustrating than it should be. Every time I think I’ve done what they asked, there’s suddenly another step or some new requirement. It feels like the goalposts keep moving, and I’m still sitting here waiting for the right size to show up.

I don’t know, I just didn’t really feel like I could trust it. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it gave off a bit of a sketchy vibe, so I wasn’t comfortable relying on it.

I thought I understood the discount at first, but then the terms were kind of buried and not super clear... It felt like there were extra details I didn’t notice until later, which was frustrating. Just wish it had been more upfront..

I really wanted to like this, but it was disappointing once it arrived. It looked fine in the photos, but the material feels thin and kind of cheap in person. After just wearing it once, it already looked stretched out and worn, which was frustrating. I also felt a bit ignored when I tried to bring up the issue, so overall I’m not happy with it

I was disappointed browsing this site. The product selection felt really small, and I couldn’t even find some basic stuff I was looking for. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it kinda made the whole shopping experiwnce frustrating.

Hmm. The product I received was mostly like what I saw on Ambela. The size and basic details matched, but the color looked a little different in person. Surprise. I do think the description could be clearer with a few more details. Overall, not a bad experience, but I was expecting it to be a bit more accurate.
